and employees by October 1st. Distribution will occur electronically as an email message
with both a link to the updated AFSR and the updated AFSR as an attachment. 学生
and employees will also receive a "campus alert" notifying them of the availability
of the AFSR online and via their University email. Additionally, students will receive
a notice of the AFSR's availability online via Canvas/Banner when they register for
subsequent 学期课程. Prospective students and their parents/guardians will be
informed of the availability of the AFSR on the University's website via the 招生
Office, during orientation pro克s, and in The FYE classes. 未来的员工

this policy or the attachments as mandated by federal regulations with the approval
of the designated campus official, designated by the President.

changes to this policy or the attachments as mandated by federal regulations subsequent
to review by the University Policy Committee and with the approval of the President
